① Please return the car with a full tank.
・Please return the car with a full tank of gas.
・Please refuel at a gas station within 4 km of the return point.
・Please present a receipt showing the name of the gas station and the type of oil when returning the car.
・If it turns out that you have filled the tank with the wrong type of oil, you will be charged 500,000 yen in case of engine trouble.
・If the gas meter is not full, or if you return the vehicle without a full tank, you will be charged for fuel at the rate of the distance traveled x 22 yen per kilometer.
② In case of overtime return, the following fees will be charged in addition to the above-mentioned fees for the overtime.
・If it does not interfere with the next reservation: 11,000 yen
・If there is a problem with the next reservation: actual cost of a loaner car + 11,000 yen
（The substitute vehicle refers to a vehicle of the same class as the rental vehicle, and the actual cost refers to the above fee based on the excess time of the substitute vehicle.）
・If you are late for the scheduled return time due to traffic congestion, etc., please contact the office at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled return time to receive half of the above fee for up to 6 hours.
③ Obligation to Pay Penalty Charges for Illegal Parking
・If you commit an illegal parking violation while using the rental car, it is your responsibility to report to the police station that has jurisdiction over the area, complete the prescribed procedures, and pay the fine immediately. You will be required to present the Traffic Penalty Notice and the payment slip, receipt, etc. with the receipt stamp at the time of return. If you fail to present them (If payment of the fine cannot be confirmed), we will retain 25,000 yen as a parking violation fee.
④Regarding the Operation Charge.
If an accident or damage occurs to the vehicle during the rental period, the following fees will apply:
a. If the vehicle is still drivable, a repair and maintenance fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.
b. If the vehicle is not drivable, a repair and maintenance fee of 100,000 yen will be charged.
The above amounts cover the direct costs of repairs and maintenance, and any additional expenses will be separately invoiced.
Upon returning the rental car, a thorough inspection of the vehicle will be conducted to check for any accidents or damage. If any unreported accidents or damage are found, the aforementioned Operation Charge will be applied.
The renter is responsible for promptly reporting any accidents or damage to the rental car company. Failure to report in a timely manner may result in additional charges.
